About Wearzo Apparels
Wearzo Apparels Private Limited is a Hyderabad-based custom apparel and uniform manufacturer. We make institutional uniforms for schools, corporates, hospitals, hotels, security agencies and industrial buyers, and we make promotional and branded apparel, team wear, private-label ranges and OEM production for brands, dealers and distributors. We are a manufacturer, not a trader — every garment is produced on our own floor, which is what lets us hold colour, fit and branding consistent across an entire order and across every reorder that follows.
A Manufacturer, Not a Middleman
Most uniform suppliers in India are traders. They take your order, place it with whichever workshop has capacity that month, and pass the result back to you. It works until something needs to be consistent — and uniforms are the one category where consistency is the product. A blazer that arrives half a shade off, or a logo placed twelve millimetres lower than last year's batch, is a visible failure across an entire institution.
Wearzo Apparels was built to remove that risk. Fabric sourcing, cutting, stitching, embroidery, DTF and screen printing, and custom labelling all happen without leaving the building at our Hyderabad unit. Nothing is outsourced. When a school reorders three years later, we still hold the pattern, the fabric specification and the branding file — so the new batch matches the old one rather than approximating it.
What We Can Actually Produce
Capacity matters most to institutional buyers working to a fixed date — a school session start does not move because a supplier is running behind.
Why We Built Wearzo
Wearzo Apparels was founded in 2025 by Devansh Baldwa and Riddhima Baldwa, around a single conviction: institutions deserve better. Better quality, better pricing, and a manufacturing partner who is directly accountable for what leaves the floor. Before starting the company, Devansh spent close to a year studying the institutional uniform market — where bulk orders go wrong, why reorders drift out of specification, and what buyers actually need from a supplier — and Wearzo was built to fix those failures from day one.
The company is young by design, and honest about it. What it is not is inexperienced: Wearzo is mentored by Pankaj Baldwa, whose background supplying apparel to institutions informs our manufacturing standards, fabric sourcing and quality benchmarks. That combination — a modern, fully facility run by founders who built its systems from scratch, guided by seasoned institutional-supply experience — is what lets us hold quality and consistency without inheriting the habits of a business that never modernised.

From Enquiry to Delivery
The process is deliberately front-loaded. Most uniform programmes fail late because something was left vague early.
- Requirement — sector, quantity, timeline and branding. We work backwards from your delivery date, not forwards from ours.
- Fabric & quotation — fabric and GSM options against your wear conditions and budget, with written pricing.
- Sampling — a physical sample confirms fabric, colour, fit and branding placement before the full quantity is cut.
- Bulk production — cutting, stitching and branding on our own floor, checked at each stage rather than only at the end.
- Dispatch — size-wise packing and delivery, with patterns and specifications retained for your reorders.
Registration & Verification
Institutional and government buyers usually need to verify a supplier before raising a purchase order. Our registrations are published here so that check takes a minute rather than an email exchange.
