Manufacturing Model
Wearzo is a manufacturer. Garments are produced on the company's own floor rather than bought in and resold, which is what the "one vendor, zero middlemen" position rests on. The distinction below matters when a programme includes items that are not garments.
- Manufactured in-house. Fabric sourcing, cutting, stitching, finishing, quality inspection, embroidery, DTF and screen printing, and custom woven and printed labels — all on Wearzo's own floor at the Shamshabad unit.
- Customised or assembled on our own floor. Items brought in as blanks or components and then branded, trimmed or made up to your specification by Wearzo — the branding and the finished specification are ours; the base item may not be.
- Coordinated through an approved production partner. Specialised processes Wearzo does not run itself are placed with a named partner against our specification, and inspected by us before despatch.
- Sourced as part of a complete programme. Non-garment items a buyer asks us to supply alongside the uniforms — footwear, bags, socks, masks, gloves, badges, name plates, lanyards and similar hardware — are always procured to specification, never manufactured by Wearzo.
Which of these applies to a given line item is stated in your quotation. Ask, and we will tell you before you order: an accessory described as on our own floor when it is procured is a claim that fails the first time a buyer asks to see it being made.
