Terms & Conditions

These terms govern use of the Wearzo Apparels website and the business interactions that arise from enquiries, quotations, samples and manufacturing orders.

1. Website purpose

This website provides information about Wearzo Apparels, its product categories, manufacturing capabilities and contact options, for legitimate business use.

Nothing here is a price list or a binding offer. Product pages describe what we manufacture; they do not quote a price, because price in bulk manufacturing depends on quantity, fabric, sizing and branding.

2. Quotations and commercial terms

All quotations, estimates and timelines are indicative until specifications, quantities, commercial terms, branding inputs, taxes, freight and approval requirements are finalized.

Quotations reflect fabric and trim costs at the time of quoting. Where a quotation is accepted materially later than it was issued, or the specification changes after acceptance, it may need to be re-confirmed.

3. Order confirmation

An order is considered accepted only after the required specifications, approvals and commercial confirmations are completed between both parties.

4. Samples and approval

For any significant order we recommend a sample before bulk cutting. The approved sample — with the approved lab dip for shade and the approved branding placement — is the reference against which bulk production is made and checked.

Once you approve a sample, lab dip or artwork, that approval is what we manufacture to. Changes requested after approval may affect price and delivery date and are re-confirmed in writing.

5. Manufacturing variations

Minor variations in fabric shade, finishing, stitching tolerance, print placement, embroidery placement or sizing may occur in bulk production and do not automatically amount to a defect where goods substantially match approved requirements.

Genuine defects are a different matter — see clause 10.

6. Sizes and quantities

Bulk orders are manufactured to the size-wise breakdown you supply. Published size charts are body measurements offered as guidance; the size breakdown you confirm is what is produced.

Where an order is placed against measurements or a headcount you supply, the accuracy of that data is yours. We are glad to advise on buffer stock for new admissions or joiners, but we cannot be responsible for a shortfall caused by an under-stated breakdown.

7. Lead times and delivery

Production and dispatch schedules may be affected by raw material availability, approval delays, seasonal load, logistics conditions or changes requested after confirmation.

Delivery dates are confirmed in writing with the quotation and worked backwards from your deadline where you give us one. Dates assume timely approvals from your side; a delayed sample or artwork approval moves the delivery date by at least the same period. We are not liable for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control.

8. Payments

The payment terms for your order are set out in your written quotation.

  • Pricing may be revised until final order confirmation.
  • Applicable taxes, freight and additional services may be charged separately unless specified otherwise.
  • Production scheduling may depend on advance payment, purchase order, artwork approval or sample confirmation.

9. Artwork, branding and intellectual property

Clients are responsible for ensuring that logos, labels, prints, artwork and branding materials supplied to Wearzo Apparels are authorized for use. We use those assets solely to manufacture your order.

The content of this website — text, photographs, layout and the Wearzo name and mark — belongs to Wearzo Apparels Private Limited and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

10. Cancellations, inspection and claims

Once sourcing, sampling or production begins, cancellation or late changes may not be possible without revised pricing, recovery of incurred costs or timeline changes.

Delivered goods should be reviewed within a reasonable time after receipt. Any major issue should be reported promptly, with the affected pieces identified and clear supporting details, and we will inspect and resolve it.

11. Liability and jurisdiction

To the extent permitted by law, Wearzo Apparels is not liable for indirect or consequential losses related to website use or business interruption. This website is provided as it is; we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in India and subject to jurisdiction in Hyderabad, Telangana, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Where a signed purchase order, contract or tender agreement exists between us, its terms take precedence over these to the extent of any conflict.
