Ordering Basics
Most first enquiries come down to three questions: will you take an order this size, can you brand it, and will it arrive on time. The short answers are yes from 100 pieces, yes entirely on our own floor, and yes to a date we confirm in writing with your quotation.
The detail behind those answers is below, grouped so you can jump to what matters for your order.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum order quantity for uniforms?
Wearzo Apparels accepts bulk uniform orders from 100 pieces up to 100,000+ pieces. The practical minimum depends on the garment and how much customisation it carries — a standard shirt has a lower minimum than a fully custom-patterned blazer with bespoke fabric. Share your requirement and we will confirm whether your quantity is workable before you commit.
How is bulk uniform pricing calculated?
Uniform pricing is driven by four variables: fabric type and GSM, garment construction, order quantity, and branding method. Heavier fabrics and more complex construction cost more per piece; larger quantities reduce the per-piece cost. Because Wearzo manufactures on our own floor rather than buying from a trader, there is no reseller margin layered on top. Exact pricing is confirmed in your written quotation.
Does ordering a larger quantity reduce the price per piece?
Yes. Fabric is bought in rolls and the cutting layout becomes more efficient at scale, so per-piece cost falls as quantity rises. This is why splitting a year's requirement into one planned order is usually cheaper than several small reactive ones.
Does Wearzo manufacture uniforms on our own floor or outsource them?
Wearzo manufactures entirely on our own floor. Fabric sourcing, cutting, stitching, embroidery, DTF and screen printing, and custom labelling all happen without leaving the building at our Hyderabad unit, with no outsourcing. This is the reason colour, fit and branding stay consistent across a large order and across repeat orders.
What production capacity does Wearzo have?
Wearzo operates 75+ machines with a capacity of 5,000+ pieces per day, supporting orders from 100 to 100,000+ pieces. Capacity matters most for institutional buyers working to a fixed date, such as schools opening a new academic session.
How is quality checked before dispatch?
Because every stage runs on our own floor, quality is checked at each stage rather than only at the end — fabric on arrival, panels after cutting, seams during stitching, and branding placement after embroidery or printing. Finished garments are checked again before packing and dispatch.
Can I see a sample before placing the full order?
Yes, and for any significant order you should. A sample confirms fabric, colour, fit and branding placement before the full quantity is cut, which is the point at which mistakes become expensive. Sampling terms are confirmed with your quotation.
Which fabric and GSM should I choose for uniforms?
It depends on wear conditions. Poly-cotton blends suit school and corporate uniforms because they hold colour and resist creasing through frequent washing. Cotton is more breathable and suits hot working conditions. Drill and heavier weaves suit industrial and security use where durability matters most. GSM measures fabric weight — higher GSM is more durable but warmer. Our fabric and GSM guide explains the trade-offs in detail.
Can you match a specific colour or an existing uniform?
Yes. Send us a physical sample of the existing uniform or the exact colour reference and we will match fabric and shade as closely as the material allows. Matching against a physical sample is far more reliable than matching against a screen colour or printed image.
Can uniforms be branded with our logo?
Yes. Wearzo does logo embroidery, DTF printing and screen printing on our own floor, plus custom woven and printed labels. Embroidery suits logos on shirts, blazers and polos and lasts well through industrial washing; DTF and screen printing suit larger or multi-colour artwork on T-shirts and casual wear. We will recommend the method that survives your washing regime.
What logo file format do you need?
A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) gives the cleanest result because it scales without losing sharpness. If you only have a raster image such as a JPG or PNG, send the highest resolution you have and we will advise whether it can be reproduced cleanly at the required size.
How long does a bulk uniform order take?
Lead time depends on quantity, fabric availability and the amount of branding involved. We confirm a firm delivery date in writing with your quotation rather than quoting a generic figure, because an unrealistic date agreed early is the most common cause of a uniform programme going wrong. If you are working to a fixed deadline such as a school session start, tell us the date first and we will work backwards from it.
Do you deliver outside Hyderabad and across India?
Yes. Wearzo manufactures in Hyderabad and delivers bulk uniform orders across India, with export to the Middle East and Africa. Delivery timelines vary by destination and order size and are confirmed with your quotation.
Can we reorder the same uniform later?
Yes, and this is a specific advantage of buying from a manufacturer rather than a trader. We retain your patterns, fabric specification and branding files, so a reorder months or years later matches the original rather than being an approximation sourced from whatever a trader can find that season.
Can you handle size-wise breakdowns for a large institution?
Yes. Institutional orders are routinely produced to a size-wise breakdown — for example a school ordering across multiple year groups. Providing an accurate size distribution up front avoids a second production run later.
Is Wearzo Apparels a registered company?
Yes. Wearzo Apparels Private Limited is GST registered (GSTIN 36AAECW2431Q1ZX), incorporated with CIN U14109TS2025PTC203956, holds Udyam registration UDYAM-TS-02-0281480, and is recognised under Startup India (DIPP240132). Institutional and government buyers can verify these before raising a purchase order.
Which sectors does Wearzo supply uniforms to?
School, corporate, healthcare, hospitality, security, industrial and housekeeping uniforms, plus custom apparel and private-label manufacturing. Buyers include schools and trusts, corporates, hospitals, hotels, security agencies, facility-management firms, and brands ordering under their own label.
Do you do private-label or contract manufacturing for brands?
Yes. Wearzo manufactures under your own label, including custom woven and printed labels, for brands and resellers. Because production is fully on our own floor, specification and quality stay consistent across production runs.
