Stretch Leggings for PT, Sport & Activewear
Leggings are a movement garment — school PT and dance, sports and fitness squads, and general activewear. What matters is stretch that moves with the body and recovers to shape rather than bagging at the knee, plus a soft hand against the skin. wearzo manufactures them in cotton-lycra single jersey with 4-way stretch . The cotton base keeps them breathable and soft; the lycra content gives the stretch and recovery.
Garments are cut, sewn and finished at wearzo's Shamshabad unit. Non-garment accessories such as footwear, bags, socks, badges and hardware are procured to an approved specification and identified as sourced items in the quotation. See our manufacturing model.
Cotton-Lycra, 4-Way Stretch
Adding a small percentage of lycra (elastane) to a cotton single jersey turns it into a 4-way stretch fabric that flexes in every direction and springs back. The premium 40s build has a finer, smoother surface; the value 30s build carries a silicone finish for softness.

Leggings usually carry a small, discreet brand or school mark — an embroidered or printed logo at the hip or ankle rather than a large panel that would distort under stretch.
