Industrial Coveralls & Boiler Suits

Wearzo manufactures industrial coveralls to order in a heavy cotton drill — a dense 3/1 twill built for factory, site and workshop wear, with bar-tacked stress points at the seams and pockets that take the strain. Pricing is quoted against your specification.

Industrial Coveralls & Boiler Suits — construction detail

A coverall protects the wearer's clothing and gives a workforce one clean, branded look on a factory floor, a site or a workshop. It has to survive real conditions — abrasion, oil, repeated industrial washing and daily hard use — without splitting at the seams. Where a coverall fails is at the stress points — the crotch, knees, pocket corners and cuffs — so those are bar-tacked , a concentrated reinforcing stitch that holds under strain.

Fabric & Construction

Cotton Drill, 240–280 GSM

Cotton drill workwear fabric close-up — around 260 GSM, 3/1 twill

Drill is a strong 3/1 twill — three warp threads over one weft — which packs the yarn densely for abrasion resistance and a rugged hand. Cotton breathes for comfort on a hot shop floor; a poly-cotton drill is available where more shape retention and faster drying are wanted.

Shade Families

Coveralls are usually ordered in a practical work shade. Some shades are fabric-dependent and confirmed per order.

Can you brand coveralls with our company name and departments?

Industrial coveralls carry identification: a company logo on the chest, a name or department patch, and sometimes a back print for visibility across a site. All branding is done on our own floor and held on record so it stays consistent across the order and reorders.

Why are prices not listed on this page?

Pricing is quoted, not listed. Fabric weight, pocket and reinforcement detail, closure, branding, size mix and order quantity each change the cost, so a single listed price would mislead.

How are coveralls sized for a workforce?

Coveralls are graded to chest and height, adult S to 4XL, because a one-piece garment has to fit both dimensions to be comfortable and safe to work in.
