A Guard Shirt Built for the Shift

Security Guard Shirts — construction detail

A guard shirt is worn on long shifts, in heat and weather, and it has to look sharp and authoritative from the first hour to the last while carrying the marks of rank and agency. Wearzo makes it in a durable poly-cotton twill — a firm 2/1 weave that resists wear and holds a pressed look through shift after shift. Long or short sleeve, with the agency logo embroidered on.

Fabric & Construction

Durable Poly-Cotton Twill, 155–180 GSM

A 2/1 twill is denser and more abrasion-resistant than a plain weave, which suits a shirt worn hard through a shift. The poly-cotton blend holds its colour and a pressed appearance through frequent washing while staying breathable in heat. GSM is a standard security-shirt range, published as a range and confirmed on your approved sample.

Shades shown are indicative. Final shade is confirmed against your reference — Pantone TCX, a physical swatch, or an existing garment — and approved by lab dip before bulk production.

Garments and accessories are not the same thing. Everything stitched — shirts, trousers, skirts, blazers, coats, kits and outerwear — is cut, sewn and finished in our own Shamshabad unit. Non-garment items in the list above — footwear, bags, socks, masks, gloves, badges and hardware such as name plates and lanyards — are not manufactured by Wearzo: they are procured to your specification from vetted suppliers and inspected by us before despatch, so a complete programme still arrives from one vendor. Shade Families

Guard shirts are usually a regulation shade — khaki, navy or grey — sometimes white or sky blue for supervisory or corporate-site roles. Some shades are fabric-dependent and confirmed per order.

Can you apply our agency logo and site patches?

A guard shirt carries a lot of identification: the agency logo embroidered on the chest or sleeve, rank slides on the epaulettes, a name tab, and badge or patch positions for the site or client.

Why are prices not listed on this page?

Pricing is quoted, not listed. Detailing, sleeve, branding, patches, size mix and order quantity each change the cost, so a single listed price would mislead.

How are security shirts sized for an agency?

Guard shirts are graded to chest, adult XS to 4XL, and produced to your agency's size-wise breakdown rather than a fixed stock run. Because agencies re-kit guards through the year, we hold your specification on record so top-ups for new hires match the existing uniform.
