Chef Coats
Wearzo manufactures chef coats to order in a breathable poly-cotton twill built for the heat of a working kitchen and the industrial laundry that follows every shift. Single or double-breasted , with knotted or stud buttons and the sleeve length the station needs.
Built for the Heat of the Kitchen

A chef coat works in one of the hottest, hardest environments there is: heat, steam, oil and constant movement, followed by aggressive industrial laundry every night. Wearzo makes it in a breathable poly-cotton twill chosen for exactly that. It has to breathe, take a stain and a wash without falling apart, and still look sharp on the pass. Single -breasted, knotted cloth buttons or studs, and long or short sleeves are all specified to your kitchen, with the restaurant logo and chef's name embroidered on.
Breathable Poly-Cotton Twill, 190–220 GSM
A 2/1 twill is dense enough to be hard-wearing but still breathes, which matters when the wearer is standing over heat for a full service. The poly-cotton blend holds its white through industrial laundry and dries fast, while the cotton content keeps it comfortable against the skin.

Colour, branding, sizing and pricing
Shade Families
Chef coats are usually white, sometimes black for front-of-house or a themed brigade, often with a contrast trim or piping. Some shades are fabric-dependent and confirmed per order.
Can you embroider our restaurant logo and chefs' names?
A chef coat carries the restaurant or hotel logo embroidered on the chest and, for a brigade, the chef's name and station. Contrast piping or a coloured collar can distinguish head chef from commis.
Why are prices not listed on this page?
Pricing is quoted, not listed. Breasting, button style, sleeve, name personalisation, size mix and order quantity each change the cost, so a single listed price would mislead.
How are chef coats sized?
Chef coats are graded to chest, adult XS to 4XL, and are often ordered with a little room for movement over heat. Because production is made to order, we manufacture to your kitchen's size-wise breakdown rather than a fixed stock run.
