It has to breathe, take a stain and a wash without falling apart, and still look sharp on the pass. Single -breasted, knotted cloth buttons or studs, and long or short sleeves are all specified to your kitchen, with the restaurant logo and chef's name embroidered on.
Breathable Poly-Cotton Twill, 190–220 GSM
A 2/1 twill is dense enough to be hard-wearing but still breathes, which matters when the wearer is standing over heat for a full service. The poly-cotton blend holds its white through industrial laundry and dries fast, while the cotton content keeps it comfortable against the skin.
