School Blazers
Wearzo manufactures school blazers to order in a poly-wool suiting with a fused front — the formal, structured layer for winter, assemblies and school events. Crest embroidery, house braid and piping are done on our own floor, with grade-wise sizing and shade matched by lab dip before bulk.
The Formal Layer of the Uniform

The blazer is the most visible and most formal part of a school uniform — worn for winter, assemblies, photographs and events — so it has to hold a clean, structured shape rather than hang like a loose jacket. Wearzo builds it with a fused front , an interlining bonded to the front panels that gives the blazer its body and keeps its line. The poly-wool suiting balances a wool-like finish and warmth with the durability and easy care a school garment needs.
Poly-Wool Suiting, 240–280 GSM
Poly-wool suiting blends polyester for strength, shape retention and easy care with wool for warmth and a richer finish — an 80:20 blend that suits a garment worn hard by children but expected to look formal. The blazer is a 2/2 twill with a fused-front structure and a single-breasted cut.

Colour, branding, sizing and pricing
Shade Families
Blazers are usually ordered in a single deep school shade. Some shades are fabric-dependent and confirmed per order.
Can you match our exact crest, house braid and piping?
The blazer carries a school's identity most visibly: an embroidered crest on the breast pocket, house braid on the collar or cuffs, and piping on our own floor colours.
Why are prices not listed on this page?
Pricing is quoted, not listed. Fabric shade, lining, braid and piping, pocket style, size mix and order quantity each change the cost, so a single listed price would mislead.
How are blazers sized for a school?
Blazers are graded to chest and produced to your grade-wise size breakdown rather than a fixed stock run. Share the chest-wise count across grades and we manufacture to it; the size charts page shows how we work from body measurements.
