School Shirts
Wearzo manufactures school shirts to order in two builds — an easy-care poly-cotton poplin that holds colour and resists creasing through constant washing, and a premium 100% cotton poplin for a softer, more breathable finish. Half or full sleeve, grade-wise sizing, and crest embroidery done on our own floor.
The Everyday School Shirt
The shirt is worn every day and washed as often, so it has to keep its colour and shape across a whole session.
Both come in half or full sleeve. Wearzo makes it in poplin — a smooth, closely woven fabric that presses flat and takes a crest cleanly — in either a poly-cotton or a pure-cotton build. The poly-cotton poplin is the practical choice: it holds colour, dries fast and resists creasing through frequent washing, which matters for a garment a child wears daily.
Poplin — Poly-Cotton or 100% Cotton
Poplin is a plain weave with a fine, even surface. The poly-cotton version is mercerised for a slight sheen and an easy-care finish; the cotton version is sanforised to control shrinkage. GSM is an industry-standard shirting range, published as a range and confirmed against the actual lot on your approved sample.

Shades shown are indicative. Final shade is confirmed against your reference — Pantone TCX, a physical swatch, or an existing garment — and approved by lab dip before bulk production.
Colour, branding, sizing and pricing
Can you match the exact shade of our current school shirt?
Shirting is usually ordered in white or a light shade. Some shades are fabric-dependent and confirmed per order.
Can you embroider our school crest on the shirts?
School shirts usually carry an embroidered crest on the left chest, and sometimes a house initial or colour tab. A contrast collar or placket piping can be added where the design calls for it.
Why are prices not listed on this page?
Pricing is quoted, not listed. Fabric build, sleeve length, size mix, crest work and order quantity each change the cost, so a single listed price would mislead.
How do you handle grade-wise sizing for a whole school?
School shirts are produced to your grade-wise size breakdown rather than a fixed stock run — the tier boundary is a 32-inch chest, at or below which a garment is graded and quoted as kids. See the size charts page for the body-measurement tables.
