Built for Movement, Not Just Colour
A PT kit has a different job from a house tee: it is worn during sustained activity, so the fabric needs to move sweat away and dry fast rather than soak it up and cling. Wearzo makes PT kits in polyester knits — a matty (honeycomb) or interlock construction with a moisture-wicking finish — which stay lighter and drier through a games period. Sublimation lets us print full-colour panels, numbers and sponsor marks directly into the fabric, where a school wants a more designed kit.
Moisture-Wicking Polyester, 150–180 GSM
Polyester wicks rather than absorbs, so a PT kit stays lighter and dries faster than a cotton tee during activity. Matty has a textured honeycomb surface that breathes well; interlock is smoother and a touch heavier. Both take sublimation printing, which bonds colour into the fibre for panels and numbers that do not crack.

PT kits are usually ordered in white and the school's house colours. Some shades are fabric-dependent and confirmed per order.
Can you add player names and numbers?
Polyester is the one fabric that takes full sublimation, where colour is bonded into the fibre rather than printed on top — so panels, gradients, house colours, player numbers and sponsor marks come out vivid and do not crack or peel with wear.
Why are prices not listed on this page?
Pricing is quoted, not listed. The items in the kit, fabric, branding method (sublimation costs differently from a simple print), size mix and order quantity each change the cost, so a single listed price would mislead.
How are PT kits sized for a school?
PT kits are graded to the same body measurements as our other garments — kids 20 to 32 and adult XS to 4XL for tops, with waist grading for shorts and track pants.
