A nurse uniform is worn through a twelve-hour shift of constant movement, so it has to be durable, comfortable and easy to identify at a distance. Wearzo makes it in a poly-cotton twill — a firmer, harder-wearing weave than a scrub — as a tunic or a dress, with an action back and utility pockets for the tools of the round. Each colour is held to a lab-dipped standard, and the hospital logo and the wearer's name are embroidered on our own floor.
Durable Poly-Cotton Twill, 160–185 GSM
A 2/1 twill is denser and more abrasion-resistant than the plain weave of a scrub, which suits a uniform worn every shift and washed constantly. The poly-cotton blend holds its colour and shape through hospital laundry while staying comfortable against the skin. Tunics and dresses share the fabric; you choose the style per role.

How does role colour-coding work on nurse uniforms?
Nurse uniforms are typically colour-coded by grade or department, using a base shade or a contrast trim per role. Each colour is produced to a lab-dipped standard and held on record so grades stay consistent across the order and reorders.
Can you embroider names and the hospital logo?
A nurse uniform carries the hospital logo and the wearer's name embroidered on the chest, and can use epaulettes or a contrast trim to mark grade. Send your logo, grade scheme and name list and we set them out on the sample for approval.
Why are prices not listed on this page?
Pricing is quoted, not listed. Style, role colour-coding, trim, name personalisation, size mix and order quantity each change the cost, so a single listed price would mislead.
How are nurse uniforms sized?
Nurse uniforms are graded to chest, adult XS to 4XL. Because production is made to order, we manufacture to your role- and size-wise breakdown rather than a fixed stock run, which matters when different grades wear different colours.
