Hospital Patient Linen
Wearzo manufactures hospital patient linen to order in a durable cotton sheeting — bed sheets, pillow covers and draw sheets built to survive high-temperature industrial hospital laundry, cycle after cycle. Made to your bed dimensions and marked to your linen system. Pricing is quoted against your specification.
Bed Linen Built for Hospital Laundry

Hospital bed linen is stripped, washed at high temperature and remade several times a day, so its single most important property is surviving that cycle without thinning, tearing or greying.
A poly-cotton sheeting is available where faster drying and more shape retention are wanted. Wearzo makes it in a durable cotton sheeting woven for strength and a comfortable hand, in the three items a ward turns over constantly — flat and fitted bed sheets , pillow covers and draw sheets .
Cotton Sheeting, 130–160 GSM
Sheeting is a tight plain weave; a typical hospital spec is a 20s×20s yarn at a 60×60 thread count, which balances strength, comfort and value for a high-turnover item. Woven in 90-inch and 108-inch widths to cut standard bed sizes. GSM and thread count are confirmed against your requirement and the approved sample.

Colour, branding, sizing and pricing
Shade Families
Patient linen is usually white or a calm pale shade, sometimes with a coloured hem band to sort by ward. Some shades are fabric-dependent and confirmed per order.
Marking & Ward Sorting
All marking is done on our own floor and held on record so replacement batches match. Tell us how your linen system works — what you mark and how you sort — and we build it into the make.
Why are prices not listed on this page?
Pricing is quoted, not listed. Fabric, thread count, item mix, bed sizes, marking and order quantity each change the cost, so a single listed price would mislead.
How is patient linen sized?
Linen is cut to bed dimensions rather than a garment size, so we make sheets, covers and draw sheets to your actual bed sizes — single, double, hospital cot or a bespoke size — at the thread count you specify.
