Medical Scrub Sets
Wearzo manufactures medical scrub sets — top and pant — to order in a colour-fast poly-cotton built to survive hospital laundry: a lighter poplin or a higher-abrasion twill, both rated for hot industrial washing so the colour holds through repeated cycles. Pricing is quoted against your specification.
Scrubs Built for Hospital Laundry
A hospital scrub is washed hot and often, so the one thing it cannot do is fade or shrink. Wearzo makes scrub sets in a colour-fast poly-cotton chosen and finished to hold its shade through repeated hot industrial laundry, so a ward's ceil blue stays ceil blue rather than drifting to a washed-out patchwork.
Two builds cover the need: a lighter poplin for comfort, and a twill at a higher weight for more abrasion resistance in busy departments.
Colour-Fast Poly-Cotton, 150–190 GSM
Poly-cotton balances cotton's comfort against the skin with polyester's strength and shape retention through aggressive laundry. The poplin build is lighter and cooler; the twill build is a 2/1 weave at a higher weight for departments where garments take more abrasion. Both are finished colour-fast.

Colour, branding, sizing and pricing
Can you colour-code scrubs by department or role?
Hospitals often colour-code scrubs by department or role — one shade for theatre, another for wards, another for support staff — which makes staff instantly identifiable. Some shades are fabric-dependent and confirmed per order.
Can you brand scrubs with our hospital logo?
Scrubs carry a hospital logo embroidered or printed on the chest, and can add a role or name tab and department colour-coding. All branding is done on our own floor and held on record, so a hospital's identity stays consistent across a large order and on reorders.
Why are prices not listed on this page?
Pricing is quoted, not listed. Fabric build, number of colour-coded shades, size mix, branding and order quantity each change the cost, so a single listed price would mislead.
Are the scrubs unisex, and what sizes do they come in?
Scrubs are cut unisex and graded to chest, adult XS to 4XL, which keeps a large hospital order simple to size and stock. Because production is made to order, we manufacture to your size-wise breakdown across departments rather than a fixed stock run.
